Sesame Kale Chips

We love kale anyways, but this is a fun way to eat the nutritious, leafy green. It satisfies that salty chip craving that most Americans have.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale, remove stems
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ¼ c sesame seeds
- coarse salt
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 200ºF
- Remove stems and tear up kale into pieces.
- Drizzle the olive oil, lemon juice, and sesame seeds all over the kale.
- Season with salt and toss to coat evenly.
- Bake on a rimmed baking sheet for 30 minutes.
- Flip over and cook for 20-25 more minutes.
- Store in container for up to 3 days.
- *Variation—season with nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor.
