We love kale anyways, but this is a fun way to eat the nutritious, leafy green. It satisfies that salty chip craving that most Americans have.
1 bunch kale, remove stems
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
¼ c sesame seeds
Pre-heat the oven to 200ºF
Remove stems and tear up kale into pieces.
Drizzle the olive oil, lemon juice, and sesame seeds all over the kale.
Season with salt and toss to coat evenly.
Bake on a rimmed baking sheet for 30 minutes.
Flip over and cook for 20-25 more minutes.
Store in container for up to 3 days.
*Variation—season with nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor.
